Refund policy

At Baldakijn we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you two weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Responsibility for Return Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Additionally, the customer assumes responsibility for any damage the item may incur during its return, regardless of the reason for return.

Damages and Issues: We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.

Exceptions: Certain items such as made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Gift cards: Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
